Return Policy
Digital Files All sales of digital files for one-time printing are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products.
Paintings You may return a painting within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is in perfect condition. The return will only be processed once we have received the painting back in its original state.
Return Shipping
- The return shipment must be insured.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
